Terms of Use

1. The app

Mulligan Deck Builder is a free app for organizing your collection and building Marvel Champions decks. It is published by OgamLabs, the project of Óscar Cantón García. It has no purchases, subscriptions or ads.

These terms complement Apple's Standard License Agreement for App Store apps. By using the community account, you accept them.

2. The community account

• The account is optional and is created with Sign in with Apple. Each Apple ID maps to one account.
• You are responsible for what is done with your account from your devices.
• You can delete it at any time from Settings → Community account → Delete account. What happens to your data is explained in the privacy policy.

3. Using likes

Likes help other players find good decks, so they must reflect the genuine opinion of real people. You may not:

• automate likes or use software to give them;
• create or use accounts to inflate or sink counts;
• try to get around the service's technical limits or overload it.

The service applies technical limits, such as a maximum number of likes per account and per minute. If we detect abuse, we may remove the affected likes or close the account involved.

4. Community decks

Community decks come from decklists published on MarvelCDB. Mulligan shows their composition, original title and author's public name, and links to the original. Offensive titles and names are not shown. We may remove any deck from the list, for example at its author's request.

If a deck seems unacceptable to you, report it from its preview with “Report deck” or write to [email protected]. We review reports within 24 hours and remove unacceptable content. You can also hide an author's decks; that preference is stored only on your device and you can undo it in Settings → Privacy.

When you import a deck, you get a copy on your device that you can change freely. Mulligan's deck validation is a guide and does not replace the game's official rules.

5. Game content

Mulligan is an independent fan-made app. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Marvel, Fantasy Flight Games, Asmodee or MarvelCDB. Game trademarks, names and images belong to their respective owners. Card images are loaded from MarvelCDB and are not redistributed.

6. Availability and warranties

Mulligan is provided as is, free of charge. We do our best to keep it working well, but the service may change, be interrupted or stop being available, and third-party data, such as the MarvelCDB catalog, may contain errors. None of this limits the rights you have under applicable consumer law.

7. Changes and governing law

If we change these terms, we will update this page and its date. If the change is significant, we will also announce it in the app before it takes effect. These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
